Why Choose Rochester Tenant Placement

Rochester Tenant Placement is a new approach to finding a solution for your housing needs. Whether you are a tenant looking for a new home to live in, or you are an investor looking to fill some vacancies, Rochester Tenant Placement can find creative solutions for your particular situation.

There are several ways in which you can work with Rochester Tenant Placement. If you are a tenant, you can look at our available inventory of rental homes by clicking here. You can also fill out a placement request form so we can begin finding homes for you in the specific areas where YOU want to live. We work with landlords all over the Rochester area (including Pittsford, Penfield, Brighton, Victor, Webster, and outlying areas) to find tenants excellent properties to live in.

If you are a landlord, working with us is even easier! There is no cost to retain our service, and we only get paid when we rent your home! Our marketing is FREE,  Take a look at our placement process for landlords and email us or call us for a free consultation. In addition to renting homes and placing tenants, we are also a full service real estate investment consulting firm that specializes in the purchase and sale of investment properties. No matter what your real estate needs are, Rochester Tenant Placement can begin architecting a solution for you starting today!

Please note that we have very specific criteria for tenant applicants, and perform a full credit and background check prior to leasing a home to any applicant. While certain blemishes on credit are acceptable, we look for good rental history, and always seek out your past two landlord references. If you have a history of non payment of bills including rent, mortgage payments, and utility bills, it will be extremely difficult for us to rent to you.
